Where is my QR code?

Open My bookings, enter the phone number you used at checkout, then tap Show check-in QR on your upcoming trip.

How do I cancel?

In My bookings, find your trip and use Cancel if the venue allows it. Rules and deadlines are in our cancellation policy.

I was charged but got no confirmation

Wait a minute for email and SMS. Still nothing? Email us (button above) with your phone number and booking date — we’ll find your payment.

How do I show my QR at check-in?

Open the QR from My bookings or your confirmation link. Brightness up and hand the phone to staff at check-in.

Why did my seat selection disappear?

On the seat map, your picks are kept for about two minutes while you decide. If you wait longer, the selection clears so someone else can book — just tap your seats again. Nothing is reserved until you pay at checkout.
